Terms & Conditions for Purchases on the Website

Browsing the website and/or purchasing a product constitutes the customer’s consent to these Terms & Conditions and to the website’s policies.

The use of feminine form refers to all genders equally.

1. General

1.1. The product images displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only.

1.2. Since all jewelry pieces are handmade, slight differences may occur between the item delivered to the customer and the one shown in the images.

1.3. As natural gemstones are used in many designs, variations in color or shade may occur between the delivered piece and its photographed representation.

1.4. The company makes every effort to provide complete and accurate information. However, inaccuracies or errors may appear, and the company shall not bear responsibility for any damage resulting from or related to them.

1.5. The company may update product prices on the website from time to time without prior notice.

1.6. In the case of a pricing error, technical malfunction, or lack of stock, the company may cancel an order and the customer will receive a full refund.

2. Order Confirmation & Payment

2.1. After entering the payment details on the checkout page, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to indicate that the order was received in the system. This confirmation does not obligate the company to supply the products and only indicates receipt of the order details.

2.2. If there is a problem with the credit card or payment service, the company will contact the customer to complete or cancel the transaction.

2.3. The company reserves the right to decline any order at its sole discretion.
2.4. Credit card details are not stored. Payment is processed via a secure payment system.

3. Custom Orders (Modifications to Existing Designs)

3.1. A custom order refers to a piece based on an existing design in the shop but modified according to the customer’s request. Such modifications may include: gemstone replacement, material change, engraving, resizing, extending chain, or any other alteration to the original design.

3.2. Any request for customization must be submitted to the company via email or phone and approved prior to placing the order. Requests not pre-approved will not apply to the order.

3.3. The company may, at its sole discretion, require an additional fee for custom modifications, beyond the original product price. Payment will be agreed upon with the customer prior to production.

3.4. To confirm: Due to the unique nature of custom-made products, orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. If production has not yet started, cancellation may be approved at the company’s sole discretion.

4. Fully Custom Jewelry (Personal Design)

4.1. A personal design piece refers to jewelry created entirely from the customer’s concept, reference image, or personal request, not based on an existing design.

4.2. A fully custom order requires scheduling a design meeting with our team and cannot be initiated directly through the website.
4.3. After the design consultation, a price will be determined and agreed upon with the customer.

4.4. If the customer wishes to change the design after the consultation stage, the company may require an additional fee for modifications beyond the base quote.

4.5. Fully custom-made jewelry is crafted specifically for the customer and therefore cannot be returned or canceled, except as required by law and/or under these terms.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

5.1. Orders made through the website may be canceled within 48 hours from the purchase time.

5.2. A jewelry item may be returned and refunded under the following conditions:
• The item price does not exceed 3,000 NIS
• The item was received with a manufacturing defect
• The item is not a custom order (as defined in section 3)
• The item has not been used
• No damage has occurred as a result of improper use or exposure to unsuitable conditions, including (but not limited to): natural wear of gold plating, discoloration due to water, humidity, perfume, cleaning agents or chemicals, physical damage such as bending, breakage, impact, fall, pulling, improper closure handling, or any repair/modification performed by a third party outside our studio.

5.3. A customer wishing to return a received piece must send an email to the address listed on the website, stating the reason for return.

5.4. Returns must be coordinated with a company representative. The company may refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above at its sole discretion.

5.5. The item must arrive at the company’s office within 10 days from the date it was received by the customer, and must remain in its original packaging.

5.6. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was found to have a manufacturing defect after inspection.

5.7. After the item is returned and inspected, a refund will be issued minus cancellation fees as required by law: 5% of the item value or 100 NIS (whichever is lower).

5.8. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from receipt of the returned item, to the original payment method.

6. Store Credit

6.1. A refund may be exchanged for store credit for online purchases within 72 hours of the transaction.

6.2. Return conditions are identical to section 5.

6.3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, store credit equal to the item value will be emailed to the customer.

6.4. Credit is valid for 12 months. Redemption is in-store only and not available for website checkout.
