1. Warranty

1.1. The company provides a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects only. Warranty includes repair or replacement as determined by professional inspection.

1.2. Warranty does not cover improper wear, exposure to unsuitable conditions, natural wear of gold plating, discoloration due to water, humidity, perfume, sweat, cleaning agents or chemicals, physical damage (bending, breaking, impact, fall, forceful pulling, clasp misuse), or any alteration by a non-company jeweler.

1.3. For gold-plated jewelry: plating is delicate and may naturally fade with time, exposure to skin, sweat, water or chemicals. Natural wear is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered by warranty.

1.4. In case of malfunction or suspected defect, the customer must contact us via phone or email with photos of the item and arrange delivery for inspection. Following inspection, the company will decide whether repair/replacement will be provided free under warranty or for a fee if unrelated to manufacturing defect.

1.5. Repairs outside warranty will be charged based on required work and materials.
