1. Production & Shipping

1.1. The company does not guarantee available stock for all items. Most designs are made to order.

1.2. Orders of gold-plated and solid gold jewelry will be handed to Israel Post or courier service within up to 20 business days from purchase. Production times may vary based on availability of materials and workflow.

1.3. In case of significant production delay, the customer will be updated at least 5 business days before estimated delivery and provided a revised estimate.

1.4. Once the order has been transferred to the shipping provider, delivery time is no longer the responsibility of the company. External delays may occur (holidays, logistics, sorting mistakes, weather conditions, strikes, etc.).

1.5. If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided, or delivery could not be completed due to no response, a re-shipment may be required at customer expense.

1.6. In case of lost parcel or extreme delay, the company will assist in resolving the issue and may resend an item according to circumstances.

1.7. The company is not responsible for damage to the product after delivery to the given address or after handover to the customer/courier.

2. Shipping Options

2.1 Orders above 500 NIS qualify for free home courier delivery.

2.2. Free self-pickup from our studio at HaMelacha 19, Binyamina during opening hours (Sun–Thu 9:00–16:00, Fri 8:30–12:00).

2.3. Registered mail express shipping — free of charge (up to 7 business days from handover to Israel Post).

2.4 Courier delivery to door: 50 NIS (up to 3-7 business days from handover to YDM courier service, subject to YDM terms).
